Tropico VR
I had the opportunity to contribute briefly to the Meta Quest version of Tropico (based on Tropico 4). My role focused on creating the early UI mockups that established the project’s art style. I drew heavily from the original game’s assets while pushing the visuals toward a propaganda-leaflet aesthetic; an element hinted at in the original but made more central in my vision.
I also explored an alternative art style, leaning into a more playful direction that blended different incongruous themes in the Tropico series; revolution, street art and tropical holiday getaway.
